RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We get that we’re not everyone’s cup of tea, so if that’s true for you just reach out and we’ll be happy to provide a full refund to first-time customers.
If you would like to return any items you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery of your item or we will not be able to accept your refund request.

If you aren't satisfied with your order for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund for one (1) pack of mushroom coffee on your first order. If you order more than one (1) pack and open more than one (1) pack of mushroom coffee, you can only receive a refund on one (1) of those opened packs. No questions asked!
The Mogul Made Promise applies to new customers. We'll refund first orders no questions asked! If you are unsatisfied with your first purchase for any reason, please reach out to hi@drinkmogul.com to initiate a refund.
Returns and refunds for repeat orders
For returning customers experiencing shipping delays, damages, or the product issues, reach out to hi@drinkmogul.com for a refund or replacement.
Subscribers who wish to cancel their subscription must do so before their credit card is charged. Cancellations received after the charge will not be eligible for refunds.
When refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
